Goalkeeper Adam Legdzins made a pair of blunders to allow Carl Baker - who would later complete his hat-trick - to send Stockport on their way, while Nicholas Bignall also scored. Calvin Zola hit a late consolation goal for Alex. "Individual mistakes have cost us dear and there is not much you can do about them, but when there are three in the first half it makes it very hard to come back," said Thordarson. "The first mistake is fair enough but the second goal is difficult to accept. Even at 3-0 down we had chances but we couldn't take them. "We made a lot of good moves in their half but, like in the last two games, we didn't show enough aggression in front of goal. "Joel Grant played well on the flank and put in some great crosses but we didn't make use of them."
