Thordarson delighted after Alex win
A first-half brace from Calvin Zola helped inspire Crewe to their first win in 12 games, while further goals from Billy Jones and Byron Moore ensured the Mariners wait for a first point goes on.
Thordarson said: "It was a comfortable win for us.
"After the first two goals it was just a case of whether we would get any more.
"It's amazing what kind of feeling it is to win. I said to the players when you win you want more and more. All credit to the players, that's the attitude you need."
