Thordarson confident of survival
Clayton Donaldson and John Brayford got the goals for the Alex as they continued their solid home form.[LNB]Crewe are now only two points off safety, and Thordarson is urging his players to keep up their good form.[LNB]He said: "This is our fourth win on the trot at home and the players have given themselves a great chance of staying up.[LNB]"Not many people would have believed that would have happened at the beginning of January and that is a big credit to my players.[LNB]"We have a very tight schedule at the moment and you could see some of our players are tired but they kept going and that is the priority.
