Crewe boss Dario Gradi has backed midfielder Antoni Sarcevic to make an impression after "finding his feet" in the professional game.
The youngster has been recalled from a loan spell at Chester and is expected to be in the squad to face Stockport at the weekend as Lee Bell is suspended.
Gradi said: "Antoni is back with us and he is beginning to find his feet.
"When he first came here he was used to doing his own thing on the pitch but he has worked hard in training.
"He is beginning to excel and he now knows the responsibilities you need to play in the first team.
"He has a record of scoring goals from midfield and players like that can be match-winners for you."
