Railwaymen turn attention to Posh defender.

Crewe have held preliminary talks with former Peterborough United defender Exodus Geohaghon as Dario Gradi looks to shore up a leaky defence. The 25-year-old defender was only signed by Posh last season from Kettering Town has been told by he can leave for London Road for a small fee.The 6ft 7' defender started off at West Brom as a youngster and left to join Sutton Coldfield Town. He then went on to play for more Midland based clubs including Bromsgrove Rovers and Redditch United before signing for Kettering Town in 2008.At the back end of 2008 a few clubs took intereset in Birmingham born defender these including Crystal Palace, Sheffield United and Plymouth Argyle.It was not until November 2009 when he rejoined his former Kettering Town manager Mark Cooper at Peterboeough United on loan until January.The loan move became permanent in January with Exodus signing a three and a half year contract with the Championship club.Peterborough finished bottom of the Championship and with cost cutting measures he was placed on the transfer list.
