Railwaymen take Holden on trial.
Crewe have handed a trial to left back Euan Holden. 22 year old Holden and younger brother of Bolton midfieder Stuart Holden, will be given a run out in the reserves this Wednesday against Shrewsbury Town.Holden had recently been with Danish side Vejle BK and has played in America where he moved to at the age of seven from Aberdeen where he was born.Prior to playing in Denmark Holden was playing for Houston Dynamos in the MLS but decided to try his luck in Europe. With his move back to Europe Scotland manager Craig Levein has been keeping close tabs on the Scotsman.Holden's older brother Stuart plays for USA after being shunned by his home nation.
