Railwaymen boss lays down the law

The Icelandic boss has already seen 10 players leave as he plans for life in League Two and insists those that remain can also head for the exit door if they are not prepared to show the commitment he expects from them. He told the club's official website: "I am after a change in approach and perhaps a change of attitude in some. We are going to be doing it with or without them, so it is up to them as individuals to commit to the work. "If they don't fancy it then I would make it clear that they are free to leave. I cannot afford to carry any passengers next season because we have a lot of work to do to get the club back on the right path. "I will be carrying a smaller squad and with the players still here under contract, they will make up the majority of the squad again."
