Phillips is currently on loan from the League One side and has established himself as the Railwaymen's number one choice ahead of Adam Legzdins and Steve Collis.[LNB]Gradi is pleased with the impact of the experienced stopper and has suggested that he will open talks in the hope of extending his current stay.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "Steve has played very well in the last few weeks and we will sit down with him and see what he wants to do.[LNB]"We need to think about a goalkeeper and hopefully we can sort something out with Steve.[LNB]"There is no rush because it has to be right for all parties. We would like him to stay but we will have to see what Steve wants to do first."[LNB][LNB]
