The Alex caretaker boss saw his side squander the lead and go out of the competition after conceding goals in the 85th and 87th minutes to lose 3-2 at KitKat Crescent.[LNB]Crewe controlled the first half but they struggled throughout to keep a lid on York's lively strike-pairing of Richard Brodie and Michael Rankine.[LNB]Gradi said: "We will really analyse where the goals came from. The players have been working hard to stop the crosses.[LNB]"I thought our centre-halves were much more comfortable in the second half, although Brodie went past all of them for the third goal.[LNB]"We are scoring goals without a problem, and Calvin Zola is getting them regularly. But it's stopping the goals at the other end that we've got to start dealing with."[LNB][LNB]
