Alex legend Gradi, who stepped in as caretaker manager of the club for the third time following Gudjon Thordarson's departure at the start of October, endured a miserable start to his reign losing five of his first six league games.[LNB]But the Railwaymen have accumulated 11 points from their last five games to climb within four points of the play-off spots.[LNB]"I've always felt the team was decent enough to be challenging for the play-offs.
