Gradi reveals Rodgers make-up call
Notts County forward Rodgers and Westwood were both dismissed in the closing stages of County's 1-0 win at Gresty Road following an injury-time scuffle.[LNB]Gradi was disappointed with the behaviour of his former player, but insists he will not hold a grudge against the 28-year-old.[LNB]He told Crewe's official website: "The way Luke behaved at the end when he provoked Ashley (Westwood) was uncalled for and you do lose a bit of respect for him when he does things like that, but he regained it when he rang me up in the evening.[LNB]"Much to my surprise he rang me to try and end on good terms. He didn't go as far to apologise for what had happened but we had a good chat about things and ended on good terms.[LNB]"That was pleasing because there is no point being on bad terms with people when you can be on good terms. I have always got on fine with Luke. He may have had a previous record off the pitch when we signed him but at our club he was fine and his behaviour was impeccable."[LNB][LNB]
