Gradi has no plans to leave Crewe
The 68-year-old is over four months into his second spell as caretaker boss, but insists he will not be succeeded until a suitable replacement has been appointed.[LNB]"I've no plans to go, but I've no plans to be here long-term. It'll be a case of handing over at the right time to the right person, but we're not looking for a manager," said Gradi.[LNB]Gradi took over the reins following the departure of Gudjon Thordarson and has helped Alexandra move away from the foot of the table, playing some attractive football in the process.[LNB]Gradi added: "I'm happy we're playing football the Crewe way. And I'm happy that we've got our kids in the team.[LNB]"I'm happy the kids in the age groups below want to stay at the club when they were looking to go before."[LNB][LNB]
