Gradi: Donaldson should be more prolific

Crewe manager Dario Gradi has called for Clayton Donaldson to be more ruthless in front of goal. The striker produced a curling shot and a header for his 10th and 11th goals of the season as the Railwaymen earned a 3-3 draw at Stockport. Gradi said: "There's not enough from him. He's got what I can't do. He's got strength, speed, height. What I can't do is teach him those things, but if he stopped trying to play like Ronaldo, that would be acceptable. "You can't fault the lad for effort, and I told him what I thought I said, don't take this the wrong way, I'm not slagging him off - it's the truth as I see it. "He's got the skills to improve and it's up to me to get them out of him, but it's also getting him to do it."
