The striker netted his fourth goal of the season to give Alex a 2-1 win in Saturday's League Two clash at Underhill when he capitalised on some poor defending before chipping the ball over home keeper Jake Cole.[LNB]"Clayton surprised them with his pace. There's still room for improvement with him, as there is with all of our players," said Gradi.[LNB]On the game itself, Gradi added: "We missed some chances and should have been well in front by half-time. When you are level at half-time and going up the hill second half you think the chance has gone.[LNB]"We didn't play so well in the second half but we did get some chances. They had a lot of possession and caused us problems but we stuck to it well.[LNB]"We coped and well and even put together some good moves at the end and we could have wrapped it up with a third goal."[LNB][LNB]
