Goalless Alex concern Thordarson

It was the third successive game in which the Alex have failed to score, but the Icelander believes the fact their opponents sat deep is a testament to the improvements his side have made. He said: "What has changed since I have come is that teams are now happy to come here and get a point. Teams are coming here and sitting deep and we need to show more aggression in the box. "We've got to remember what we were doing when we were scoring goals. We've gone three games without scoring and that is a massive problem. "You've got to get the ball over the white line and like one of my players said at half-time it doesn't have to be pretty, you've just got to get it in the back of the net to win the game. "I was not happy with some of the performances and the players know full well what they have got to do. They can't sulk and beating ourselves up won't help."
