Golden Boot winner Clayton Donaldson is a shock target for League Two new boys Crawley Town. 27-year-old Donaldson who is out of contract in the summer has been offered a contract by Crewe with some incentives for the 28-goal striker. It seem that Steve Evans has joined the list of managers who are expressing an interest in the former Hibernian forward who joined Crewe back in 2008 for a fee of £200k.The Blue Square Champions had spent £500k on players alone before the start of last season which saw them romp the league as Champions and also take on Manchester United in the FA Cup at Old Trafford that netted the club some £2m in total for their run in the cup.Other clubs that are supposed to be interested in Donaldson's signature are Carlisle United, Bradford City, Chesterfield and Oxford City.
