Danny Shelley believes Crewe Alexandra need to collect maximum points from their last five games to stand any chance of reaching the play-offs.The Alex occupied an automatic promotion place in January but are now 13th, nine points behind the top seven. [LNB]"I think we've got to win every game to give ourselves a chance," midfielder Shelley told BBC Radio Stoke. [LNB]"There's quite a big gap between us and the play-offs now and it won't be achievable if we slip up again." [LNB]The Alex followed a convincing 8-1 victory over Cheltenham with a 2-1 defeat at Barnet on Saturday. [LNB]Their remaining games are against Lincoln, Morecambe, Wycombe, Stockport and Bradford. [LNB]"It's possible and if we win all five games, we've got a chance," added Shelley, who has scored four goals for Crewe this season. [LNB]"With Clayton Donaldson and Shaun Miller up front, there's a great chance of getting goals, and goals can come from other areas as well, so we know we've got plenty of goals in the team."
