Crewe defender David Artell says he and manager Dario Gradi have resolved their differences after a touchline bust-up during the win over Chesterfield.Artell, 30, took exception to being substituted in the 85th minute of Saturday's 2-0 victory but says the issue has now been dealt with. [LNB]"I just wanted to know why I was coming off and I said it at the wrong time," Artell told BBC Radio Stoke. [LNB]"We had a chat, shook hands, we're both sensible so it's done and dusted." [LNB]Artell has started 33 of Crewe's 35 games this season and believes that professional pride just got the better of him. [LNB]"I was disappointed but he's the manager and he gets the call. [LNB]"We had a chat afterwards, he explained that I'd just been booked and Jack Lester is quicker than me which I have to say I think every striker in this league is. [LNB]"He made the change and that was it. I accept that, it's professional sport," he said. [LNB]Artell is adamant that no ill feeling remains ahead of the visit of Southend to the Alexandra Stadium on Tuesday. [LNB]"I hope people don't blow it all out of proportion because there was nothing there in the first place really," he added.
