Inman back for Crewe

Crewe will be bolstered by the return of Bradden Inman for the clash against Stevenage.

The midfielder missed the clash at home to Bristol City at the weekend through illness.

Mathias Pogba (knee) and Ryan Colclough will definitely miss out through injury.

Defender Harry Davis returned to training this week following a knee injury but is not expected to be fit enough to take part for the Railwaymen.

Stevenage have been hit by suspension, illness and injury ahead of the trip.

Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Walsall saw striker Lucas Akins red-carded so he starts a three-match ban, while full-back David Gray is also suspended after collecting his fifth booking of the season.

Simon Heslop missed the game with food poisoning and fellow midfielder Michael Doughty was also suffering and had to be substituted before half-time.

Defender Peter Hartley failed to emerge for the second half after picking up a knock and striker Darius Charles remains sidelined with an ankle injury.
