Zoumana Bakayogo should make Crewe return
Zoumana Bakayogo could return to the Crewe squad for the visit of Crawley.
The French full-back has been absent with a hamstring injury and Alex boss Steve Davis will continue to monitor his fitness ahead of the game.
Defender George Ray (groin) and midfielder Billy Bingham (calf) are also likely to recover from their injury problems.
Crewe have not had a game since losing 4-0 to Colchester on November 26 and Davis could make changes to his team.
Joe McNerney has returned to training for Crawley but is not expected to be risked.
The centre-half has been sidelined for six weeks after an exploratory operation on his knee.
Striker Matt Harrold will be out of action for three months with an Achilles injury suffered in training last week.
Josh Yorwerth and Lewis Young missed last weekend's 5-0 defeat by Yeovil through suspension and returned in the Checkatrade Trophy loss at Coventry in midweek.
