Crewe promotion run pleases Davis

Crewe assistant boss Steve Davis was delighted his team beat Port Vale to continue their impressive run and close in on the top three in League Two.The Alex won for the fourth time in January by beating Vale 2-1. [LNB]Davis told BBC Radio Stoke: "I said before the game this would be an important result for us if we got one, and in the end we are all delighted."
