Crewe part with Abbey and Daniel

Crewe Alexandra pair George Abbey and Colin Daniel are the latest players to leave the club.Abbey has left the club by mutual consent while Daniel has not been offered a new contract. [LNB]Their departures takes the total number of players leaving, since Crewe were relegated, to nine. [LNB]Abbey made 24 starts for the Alex while Daniel, having joined from non-league Eastwood Town in July 2007, made 16 appearances scoring one goal. [LNB]Two players have declined new deals, defender Danny Woodards has opted to leave the club favouring a move south while next season captain Juilan Baudet has decided to play in the MLS with Colorado Rapids. [LNB]Chris McCready, Mark Carrington, Stuart Tomlinson, Josh Thompson and Luke Danville have all been told they can leave.
