The pair are available on free transfers after being released by the Robins and both were given a run-out as Gudjon Thordarson's side got their pre-season preparations underway with a 7-0 victory at non-League neighbours Newcastle Town on Sunday, with Razak scoring two goals. Thordarson said: "He (Razak) scored two good goals and was close to a hat-trick. He seems to be decent player with a good touch. "He has been playing in the lower leagues in France and then went to Swindon last season where I had good reports on him. I will have to assess the situation." Anthony Elding and Calvin Zola also bagged two goals at the Lyme Valley Stadium with Clayton Donaldson also getting on the scoresheet. Meanwhile, Billy Jones has been named as the club's new captain. The left-back replaces fellow defender Julien Baudet in the role after the Frenchman left Gresty Road at the end of last season. Elding is the new vice-captain.
