Alex skipper suffers injury blow
The defender was forced off midway through the first half of the 3-0 home win over Darlington on Saturday after falling awkwardly.[LNB]"I think he landed on another guy's foot and turned his ankle over and he's done his ankle ligaments. It will keep him out for a few weeks - it will be weeks rather than months," said caretaker boss Dario Gradi.[LNB]Clayton Donaldson also had to be substituted after an hour with a hip problem but the severity of the striker's injury is not yet known.[LNB]Gradi added: "He got a whack on the hip but we won't be able to evaluate that for a couple of days."[LNB][LNB]
