Alex boss hails his side's revival
The Alex manager also believes the club have given themselves a platform from which they can build on.
Thordarson told the club's official website: "I have to give my players credit because they've quickly got over the disappointment of losing the opening game of the season.
"They've gone on to pick up nine points from a possible 12 and they've done well and kept three clean sheets."
He added: "They've worked hard and are now moving in the right direction. The confidence has grown in the camp, now we are looking difficult to break down and look capable of scoring a goal or two in each game we play."
