Simpson worry for Crawley

Crawley skipper Josh Simpson remains an injury doubt ahead of the visit of Bradford.

Midfielder Simpson has missed Town's last two matches after suffering an ankle injury on the opening day at Barnsley.

Gavin Tomlin recovered from a hamstring problem to make his debut against Swindon on Saturday but fellow forward Matt Harrold is still recovering from a knee operation and youngster Bradley Isaacs has an ankle injury.

Izale McLeod continues in attack having scored all three of Crawley's goals this season to secure three 1-0 wins.

Bradford report no fresh injury worries but again look set to be without Billy Clarke with a hamstring problem.

However, the Bantams received a boost when Mason Bennett came through Saturday's goalless draw at Walsall after being in a car accident soon after joining on loan from Derby and he will again compete for playing time up front with Aaron Mclean, who replaced him after 64 minutes.

Defender Alan Sheehan missed the weekend fixture following the death of a close relative in Ireland but could be back, while Matthew Dolan is pushing for a starting place after coming off the bench at Bescot Stadium if Phil Parkinson looks to freshen things up a touch.

"It was a very good point after a testing week," Parkinson told Bantams Player. "While we looked a little off the pace in the first half, in the second period we dug in and probably had as many opportunities as Walsall, even if neither team really looked like they were going to go on and win the game."
