Cowdenbeath went two points clear at the top of the Second Division after a hard-fought 2-1 win over Stenhousemuir.Stenny took the lead through former Cowden man Scott Dalziel, but Brian Fairburn turned a John Robertson shot into the net to equalise. The Fifers went down to ten men however, when Kenny Adamson saw red for a lunge on Ian Thomson.
