Liam Callaghan set for Cowdenbeath return
Cowdenbeath's Liam Callaghan is set to return to action when the Blue Brazil host Albion Rovers after missing out on the 2-0 defeat against Airdrie at the weekend due to a groin injury.
Goalkeeper Jamie Sneddon is again ruled out with a thigh strain and Kyle Miller is not yet ready to return following a foot injury.
Manager Colin Nish is looking for his side to start being an attacking force again, as he explained: "We lost a couple of players during January and we have not been as creative without them.
"Hopefully their replacements have settled in and we can start being a potent attacking threat again."
Albion Rovers have added Darren Petrie on loan from Raith Rovers as they look to end a run of four successive defeats that has dented their promotion hopes.
Andrew Barrowman will be on the bench after shaking off a groin injury that has troubled him since November with player-manager Darren Young urging his side to start turning performances into results.
"We have been playing a lot better than our results would suggest however we are on a run where nothing is dropping in our favour," Young said.
"If we can win we move back up two places and get close to the play-off places at that is motivation enough."
