Cowdenbeath Arm-ed and dangerous
Defender John Armstrong netted twice as struggling Cowdenbeath thumped Livingston 4-0.
The 26-year-old, who had previously scored just six goals in five years, set them on their way on the stroke of half-time with a header from six yards out.
Kane Hemmings then grabbed his 20th of the season and his first in six games in the 50th minute before finding the top corner for his second of the afternoon in the 65th minute.
And Armstrong completed the rout when he headed home Greg Stewart's delivery in the 72nd minute to make it four games without victory for Livingston.
