City boss on win over Forest

Coventry City manager Andy Thorn felt the Sky Blues deserved their 1-0 victory against Nottingham Forest this afternoon.

Speaking to the Press Association, Thorn said;  "When you don't really like injury time anyway, as we don't, to get 10 minutes of it today was a real test of our character but it is something we have tried to be positive about and not think about too much.

"We have played a hell of a lot better and lost but it was a different type of game today and having our senior players back helped us a lot. They helped us to manage the game and get over the line.

"We deserved our win today, after a nervy start we grew into the game."
