Thorn and Dulieu scheduled to meet
Pair to discuss future Coventry City's caretaker manager Andy Thorn was scheduled to meet club chairman Ken Dulieu yesterday to discuss their plans for the future. Since Thorn took over temporary charge of Coventry City last month after Aidy Boothroyd was sacked following a dismal run that saw the team drop from play off contenders to relegation candidates, he has had five games in charge and has won eight points from a possible 15 and in doing so has led the side to almost guaranteed safety. There has been a growing clamour for Thorn to be appointed as full time manager on the back of his short spell in charge as not only has he restored confidence to a demoralised side, he has also reignited some passion and belief among the long suffering Sky Blue fans with his more exciting and attacking style of play. Thorn's managerial partner Steve Harrison has ruled himself out of the running for the manager's job insisting he wants to remain as a football coach.
