Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has said that the players are low after the 2-1 defeat to Blackpool on Tuesday night.

Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Andy Thorn said: "It's really disappointing because we did so well for so long and then the fashion in which we conceded the two goals. They were poor to concede and it was more disappointing because of the way we performed for the first 86 or 87 minutes.

"I couldn't have asked for anything more from the lads and I thought we deserved something from the game to be honest but you get fed up of saying the same thing at the end of games.

"The lads are obviously really low and disappointed so we've got to pick them up, get them going again and get ready for Saturday so we can get a result.”
