Sphinx Sports & Social progressed to the Third Round of the Telegraph Junior Cup with a 3-0 win against Triumph Athletic Reserves.

Sphinx took a 41st minute lead through Nicky Martin and added an own goal and an 80th minute goal from Terry Ward to record a 3-0 victory.
