Defender sees a specialist

Coventry City defender Hermann Hreidarsson saw a specialist on Monday to ascertain if he will need surgery on his shoulder.

The Icelander who is on the club's books until the end of the season, dislocated his shoulder during the 2-1 defeat at Blackpool a fortnight ago.

He is now awaiting the results from the specialist to see if surgery will be required or if he can play with injections etc.
