Sky Blues land Currie

Coventry City could sign Ipswich Town midfielder Darren Currie on a permanent basis in January after the 31-year-old agreed a loan switch to the Ricoh Arena.
The former Wycombe and Barnet star has grown frustrated at his lack of first-team opportunities at Portman Road, a viewpoint which boss Jim Magilton can understand.
"Darren is joining Coventry on loan until January and then we'll see what develops from there," Magilton told Town's official website.
"I'e spoken to Darren throughout the season and I know that he wants to be playing regular first-team football.
"I can fully understand that and wasn't any different as a player myself but I told Darren that I couldn't guarantee him a place in the side.
"We've got players coming back from injury and Gary Roberts has come into the side and done well, so I told him that I wouldn't stand in his way if he wanted to go out on loan.
"He goes to Coventry with our best wishes and we'll see how things develop from there."
