Coventry City boss Iain Dowie has hit out at his players for a below-standard performance in the 1-0 victory at Plymouth Argyle.
Dowie is still desperate to bring in a loanee or two to bolster his squad, but says that his current staff have to improve as quickly as possible.
He told the Evening Telegraph: "We've had a few players on the list and many of them have moved on now, but we can't worry about that or start to use that as an excuse.
"We have enough players to play better than we did on Saturday and take the game to people. We need to create more and we need to start keeping clean sheets.
"There was just no imagination or drive. I'm not one who rants and raves and goes bananas with the players, but too many had poor performances.
"If I knew why, I'd be a multi-millionaire. We didn't keep the ball, we had as many unforced errors as I have ever seen and every set-piece was poor."
