Pressley Has Ferguson Approval

Pressley Backed By Sir Alex Ferguson

Steven Pressley's application to become the new manager of Coventry City was backed by Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson it was revealed.

Ferguson, who started his managerial career at then Falkirk based club East Stirlinghshire, according to the Coventry Telegraph, invited Pressley to United's Carrington training ground last year and he was only to happy to recommend Pressley when City's Development Officer Steve Waggott called.
