No Winding Up Order Against City

Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has confirmed that there is no winding up order being made against the Sky Blues.

Mr Fisher said: "I have had a lot of approaches this morning regarding the legal action made against the club and implications about insolvency and administration.

To be clear; 

As at today, there is NO winding up petition beyond a statutory demand (onerous enough in itself). There is, however, a third party debt order - which is in process to freeze bank accounts. This could take up to seven  days and, of course, we are vigorously defending the Third Party debt order."
