Former Coventry City winger Liam Davis has signed a new deal at Oxford United.

Davis, joined City as a sixteen year old, playing for the U18's and reserves before going on to make eleven appearances for the Sky Blues.

He was released in 2008 and had three years at Northampton Town before joining Oxford in the summer.

Davis had signed initally for Oxford on a one year deal but this has been extended until the last day of June 2013 with an option of another year.
