Morrison takes captain's role

Coventry City boss Chris Coleman has handed the captain's armband to Clinton Morrison for the last three games of the season.

The former Crystal Palace striker has been given the opportunity as Scott Dann's season has been ended by a groin injury.

"I have to do a job and I will never complain, as long as I am in the starting eleven," said Morrison.

"I will always be happy to do well and give my best for Coventry.

"If the going gets tough, I will still try to get on the ball and the men down here have to stand up and be counted for."
