Coventry City striker Michael Mifsud has vowed to improve his finishing in a bid to continue the club's recent resurgence.
The Malta international was singled out for praise by Sky Blues boss Iain Dowie after Tuesday's 2-1 victory over Wolves.
But Mifsud, who arrived at the Ricoh Arena on a free transfer in January, is desperate to improve on his return of one goal in 11 appearances.
"The only thing I missed on Tuesday was getting a goal but I am really happy because the whole team did really well and everyone supported each other," he told the Evening Telegraph.
"I had a couple of good chances and the goalkeeper made good saves, particularly for the second one in the second half which I hit hard and low.
"So I was just unlucky. Maybe I will have better luck on Saturday.
"I slipped right at the end as well, I don't know why, when I would have been through on the keeper which would have been a great end for me, and the only thing I wanted was to hit the net on the night."
