Middlesbrough Give Up On Jutkiewicz

Middlesbrough end interest in Lukas

According to the BBC, Middlesbrough have given up on trying to sign Coventry City forward Lukas Jutkiewicz.

Tony Mowbray is reported as being interested in a number of strikers but City's leading scorer is not one of them after the deal to sign him fell through last month.

There had since been rumours that Middlesbrough wanted Jutkieiwcz on loan. Howevet, Tony Mowbray told BBC Radio Tees: "It isn't something I've been chasing.

"It's common knowledge there was discussion while the window was open, but nothing since then."
