Kirkland Joins Doncaster

Former Coventry City goalkeeper Chris Kirkland has joined Doncaster Rovers on loan.

Kirkland, who came through the ranks at Coventry, was third choice at Wigan Athletic and will stay at the Keepmoat Stadium for the next three months.

Wigan are being reported as paying most of Kirkland's wages whilst he is on loan.
