Jeffers extends Robins stay

Cheltenham have extended Shaun Jeffers' loan spell from Coventry until January 1.The teenager, who made his England Under-19 debut last week, has scored two goals in six appearances for the League Two club during his initial month-long stay at Whaddon Road."It is a big boost for the club because he has done ever so well," said Town manager Mark Yates."He is getting stronger everyday and it won`t be long before he will be starting games. I am delighted to secure his services and I have to thank Coventry and Aidy Boothroyd. They know we are looking after him and he is doing very well here."We are delighted we have been able to keep him a bit longer."
