It's Down To The Players Doing Their Jobs - Oggy

Oggy on formations Coventry City goalkeeping coach and club legend Steve Ogrizovic has said that it is the players that matter rather than the formations they play in. “There are not a lot of teams who play a straight 4-4-2 these days" said Ogrizovic to the CT. "There is a lot made of formations but the important thing is that the 11 players who are out there do their jobs. “There is not a great deal of difference between a 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1, it is down to how they play it.”
