Hall extends City contract

Left-back Marcus Hall has signed a new one-year contract to remain at Coventry City for a 12th season.

The 32-year-old returned to the Sky Blues in February 2005 after a spell with Stoke City and is delighted to have the opportunity to remain at the Ricoh Arena.

He told the club's official website: "I'm very pleased to sign a new contract. It's good to get everything in place and I never had any doubts about signing.

"I'm delighted to be a Coventry City player and it's great that I'll be here for another season.

"It went a lot closer to the wire that I thought it would last season, but things are in place for next season to be much better."
