Elsewhere tonight, former Coventry City youngster Robert Ogleby was sent off in a 2-0 Scottish League Cup defeat for East Fife at Kilmarnock.

Craig Reid played well for seventy minutes in midfield for Stevenage in a 1-0 win at Brentford.

Michael Doyle was  booked in Sheffield United's 2-1 win over MK Dons and Lee Hughes was also cautioned in Notts County's 2-2 draw at Bury.
