Coventry City manager Iain Dowie insists the club's off-field problems will not affect him or his team. Paul Fletcher stepped down as managing director last week at the Ricoh Arena after five potential investors withdrew their interest in the Championship club. However, Dowie is only concerned on building on the Sky Blues' solid start to the campaign, telling the Evening Telegraph: "As far as I'm concerned we've got a great bunch of lads and I've a commitment to all the staff I brought here, so it doesn't affect my position. "It's a great club and I enjoy working here but it needs a takeover to push forward."
