Coventry City manager Andy Thorn felt that Gary Deegan changed the game for the Sky Blues in their 2-2 draw against Blackpool.

Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said about Deegan, who came on as a 63rd minute substitute and scored fifteen minutes later,: "He's had to wait a long time Deegs, he's been patient and now he's taken his chance.

"He's only been in training for a couple of weeks and he's a great lad and he's gone on and changed the game for us."
