Coventry City loanee Darren Currie is hoping to make a permanent switch to the Ricoh Arena, despite having only been with the Sky Blues for less than a fortnight.
The 32-year-old winger was allowed to leave Ipswich Town on loan after falling down the pecking order at Portman Road and he is relishing the chance to shine with City.
He told the Evening Telegraph: "It has been brilliant and I have really enjoyed my first three games. I would sign a permanent deal tomorrow if I could.
"They are a great set of lads and I have settled quickly and it is nice to be playing again.
"I like the manager and he has let me get out there and try to do what I do best."
